... every day still.

my mother died 18 years and 4 months ago; I can't remember ANYTHING and apart from her driving license and about 3 pictures I don't have ANYTHING from her. Yet it hurts so much. Not a single day goes by without my thoughts wondering off. Thinking how my life would've been if she'd still been here.

I had a friend. My best friend. She died on August 28th 2004. I'll never forgive myself.

because I know I could've stopped her if I'd only answered that damn phonecall. I'd stopped her before. I KNOW I could've stopped her.

I guess this is one of those things you'll have to live with Sad

Please try not to blame yourself hun, things happen one time round that another time dont happen in the same way.
Have you a garden or a free window sill, maybe a rose bush or a pot plant that was your mums favourite may be a nice gesture that you can keep that would be something you have done for your mum that you dont need to go far to if you just needed to feel something close to you

I have to agree with Debs...Losing somebody is never easy...It hurts like hell... Try to go help other people, or if you up to it... Go to therapy and get what's off your cheast that is bothering you....You took a big step coming on here talking about it, now take another big step and get a notebook to write down what you feel everyday.. But like I tell everybody else who I run into, I will pray for you and hope you find some peace..
