i think that it will be hard for awhile, and its something you have to work to get back and such....
i know after i was raped, that it was hard, and well now i am fine..
it takes time to get back to where you were from before

it is hard for a while to trust any one that way me and my husband talk about what we are doing before we have sex he knows what triggers and what not to do during sex
it took me a long long time to trust my husband even though he has never done anything wrong to me
i was abused from a very young age then i was raped as a teen and adult so it has taken me years to even be with some one who i have trust 100 % and i have marryed him
just take your time you will know when you are ready and your partner / husband should respect that

When someone is rape, they must feel like every men and everyone is after them.. Many women need supporters who would help them along the way
