self harm awearness aythe 1st of march is self harm/injury awearness day, it would be great if self harmer / injurys would give support, ive wrote to my local paper and trying to contact my local counciler to see if they will support us, pll need to understand why we self harm and its our way of dealing with our issues and how we feel, the pain we hold inside in ourselves
if anyone feels they can write to their local paper you dont have to give ye name of any info about ye selves unless you feel you can, any help would be great to suport us to make pll understand why we self harm and i feel we should not be ignord, we have the right to voice our feelings and i feel we have that right in doing so,
